FBO Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of the Hollywood Burbank Jet Center. You will provide front and back-office support, handling all aspects of the VIP customer experience for flight crews, passengers, and elite clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate ground transportation, luxury crew cars, and VIP catering services.

Manage incoming handling requests via phone and email while updating passenger and crew information.

Communicate critical fueling, lavatory, and catering needs directly to Line Service technicians.

Assist with reservations, fuel operations tracking, and general FBO management support.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong background in high-end customer service.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support our 24/7 operation.

Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn web-based FBO software.
